The Rogue Umpqua Scenic Byway, or Hwy 138, can be accessed in Roseburg, Oregon, or south of Chemult, Oregon on Hwy 97. It can also be accessed from the north entrance of Crater Lake, or Hwy 299, just west of Crater Lake National Park. These sites are listed roughly west to east. The first following North Bank Road and bypassing Roseburg, Oregon to come out at Glide, Oregon. Poison Oak can be a problem at these elevations. Protect our National Forests and Wilderness Areas.
