Spring CreekSpring Creek, pictured below, rises from underground, very cold water. About two miles later it merges with the Williamson River. As can be seen in the photo below, it makes a lovely vista flowing through Collier State Park before flowing into the Williamson. Collier Park is located on Hwy 97 just north of Chiloquin, Oregon. Enjoy picnicking in the trees on the creek. Although the creek is substantial as creeks go, the stream originates underground and the water is quite cold. It is possible to drive to the headwaters. Collier State Park also offers camping facilities and a Logging Museum. | |
