The Oregon Coast:

High cliffs of the oregon Coast in southern oregon

The Oregon Coast is a beautiful mix of coastal headlands, ocean waters that change color with the
weather and light, rocky shoals, and sandy beaches that look as if they could run the length of the coastline
if it weren't for that cliff just ahead or behind ...

Drive to sightsee, stop and walk on the beach, hike along the headlands and perhaps descend to nearly private beaches below ... Stop for seafood and salt water taffy at the various cities and towns that dot the scenic byway. Walk into the ocean and jump the waves. Surf. Take a charter boat fishing. Watch the whales and the seals swim by. Sit on the beach and watch the clouds roll in or the sun slowly fade into a violet, magenta sky. There is much to see and do on the Oregon Coast.
