The website, being very comprehensive, does a far better job portraying and explaining, especially when it comes to rates, terms and pets than could be conveyed by phone ... offering so many options and diversity there are just too many variables and therefore potential for misunderstandings. Of course, if having looked over the website thoroughly yet still having unanswered questions, I would be glad to address them as best I can by phone although I could probably provide a more thorough explanation as well as reference source by email.

If you could just answer a couple of questions upon first emailing us it would help to better answer questions as well as expedite things.

Are you a local resident . . . in other words familiar with the area?

If you tell me if you've stayed here before or where you found out about us I would know how much you already know. It would be helpful.
