The beautiful aqua waters of Kimball Creek flow from underground just upstream from this pool. Kimball Creek State Parkis unimproved ... it's true, it's pretty rugged, but the area is beautiful. All you need to do is pull in and pitch your tent.There are bathrooms, of course, but little else, so plan ahead. Kimball Creek State Park is located on the Crater Lake Highway on the eastern side of Crater Lake National Park. Heading east from Crater Lake: If you arrive in Fort Klamath, you've missed the park. When the road curves round look for the sign for the park. Fort Creek, pictured below is located in the same area, off an unmarked dirt road.
