As an additional assurance of satisfaction thereafter, if having stayed beyond 3 nights ... yet departing in less than 7 a refund will be returned proportionally, i.e. having stayed only 5 nights in a cabin yet hav- ing paid $240 for the first 2 weeks, a $60 refund would be given upon departure without further obli gation the cost being proportionally less the longer having stayed.

This refund policy is offered as a contingency given the unforeseeable, etc.

If a reservation cannot be kept ... & cancellation is given within a reasonable time to prevent loss of other renters or from rental preparation, etc., the deposit may be applied to a future stay.

We realize, drawing from the scope of the Internet, resulting distances may make it impractical for most to visit prior to making a reservation/deposit or renting.

Therefore ... If upon arrival & deciding "we're not for you" ... and therefore disinclined to stay, ½ the advance deposit will be refunded.

Or if having stayed only 3 nights in a cabin the pre-paid reserve deposit of $120 would be exchanged for full rent for the stay without further cost or obligation ( $75 for a "Treehouse or Unusual Dwelling" ... $36 for an RV site w/full hook-ups ).
